The team at A+ Physio is mindful that you are being bombarded by news and information surrounding COVID-19 and we understand that at times this can feel overwhelming. As an Allied Health Clinic, we want to acknowledge the risk, but assure you of the steps being taken to protect your health and wellbeing. We are largely dealing with people who are in pain and not who are sick so we are fortunate in that regard.

For the safety of all our staff and clients at each of our clinic locations and throughout out home visits we are taking every measure possible to keep our community safe.
We have stringent cleaning and hygiene protocols in place. (This includes regular cleaning of door handles, eftpos machine, reception, treatment, exercise and staff areas; removal of soft toys, magazines and books from waiting area; utilising the easy to disinfect cover of our treatment tables.)
All practitioners are practicing maximum infection control procedures regarding hand washing and any physical contact.
We prepared plan to separate individual practitioners and their clients to minimise risk of any cross contamination. This plan is ready to be implemented as soon as official advice would require us to do so. Home visits and secure video conference appointments are also available.
We are asking the following of all our patients:
Please Do NOT come to the clinic if:
- You have flu-like symptoms or a fever
- You have been in contact with anyone that has been confirmed to have COVID-19 or you suspect they may have it
- You have symptoms of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), however mild
- You returned to New Zealand from an overseas trip within the last 14 days
If you need to cancel as a result of this, we will waive any cancellation fee and organise another appointment for you when you are no longer at risk of passing on infection.
